Doctrine and opinions of jurists of each society constitute one of the significant sources of legal system of that society. As a matter of fact, the scientific study and review of legal issues and exchange of views by academics and researchers would definitely enrich the legal teachings, would help the legislation and judiciary in their decisions and would finally be reflected in the law making and in decisions of courts. In this process, on the one hand, the jurists will provide a proper base for legal response to social issues by foreseeing and identifying the social, economic and political developments and provision of solutions to them. On the other hand, by reviewing the implementation of laws and regulations of the country and their impacts on realization of justice and order, the jurists will criticize the existing situation and provide solutions for modification of the legal order. This involvement will help the legal system to be dynamic and efficient in accompanying the society in its movement toward well-being and justice. Therefore, scrutinizing the existing laws and deficiencies in the legal order of the society and identification of the problems and gaps in that order, study of other legal orders around the world and study of the international legal order would all help strengthen the legal order of Iran.
